Sovereignty means that you have the right to manage your own affairs within your nation without outside interference.
What it does NOT mean!
Sovereignty does NOT mean that you can break laws of other jurisdictions and not be held accountable. “Your rights end where mine begin!” (ie: If you come over into my territory your rights end.) There are imaginary boundary lines that cannot be crossed.
Tell me what your idea of sovereignty is. I would love to hear your comments.
Peace and Love,
Dr. Fayola Modupe

Peace Family,<#semi#br />#semi#<#semi#br />#semi#I was so elated when I found out you were discussing sovereignty. So many people have misconstrued the definition of this word in order to replace the real meaning with their own.<#semi#br />#semi#<#semi#br />#semi#The TRUE meaning of sovereignty is the supreme power (or authority) of an Empire, Nation, State, or individual over a geographic region, group of people, or oneself without outside influence or control. The supreme authority is not dictated, but rather, freely accepted by the Empire, Nation, State, or individual. This supreme authority is given by the sovereign Creator of the Universe. It is up to us whether or not we accept it. This means complete independence and self government. It is totally our choice to govern ourselves appropriately by our Emperial Law of Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom, and Justice, which was given to us by the Creator.<#semi#br />#semi#<#semi#br />#semi#Since a sovereign nation is politically free, it has the autonomy necessary to govern itself and/or its people, especially when it is unrepresented or underrepresented in another national government, as are the Citizens of the Empire Washitaw de Dugdahmoundyah. Our ancestors were the <#semi#i>#semi#aboriginal, indigenous<#semi#/i>#semi# Ancient Mound Builders who were here on the continent now known as America way before Columbus arrived around 1492 AD. <#semi#br />#semi#<#semi#br />#semi#Being a sovereign nation also affords us the opportunity to educate our children in the manner which we choose. In traditional curriculums, true history of the people indigenous to the area where the school is located is very rarely taught. We can prepare our children for entry into the world with our own curriculum in our own private/public school system with college prep courses beginning in our elementary and secondary schools. Beyond the elementary and secondary levels, our children can move on to our colleges and universities with outstanding curriculums that prepare our posterity for entry into the world by gaining a completely superb education.<#semi#br />#semi#<#semi#br />#semi#Since sovereign nations are free and capable of making their own decisions, they can have their own corporations and businesses which create income for the nation and for its citizens. The citizens have a greater morale, because they are contributing to the building of an empire that they can identify with and allows them to have pride in who they are as a people. <#semi#br />#semi#<#semi#br />#semi#As a sovereign nation, the Empire Washitaw de Dugdahmoundyah hopes to make our ancestors proud that we called on them for guidance in our <#semi#i>#semi#Return of the Ancient Ones to the 21st Century<#semi#/i>#semi#. There is so much to be said about being sovereign and living as a sovereign nation that I could go on and on, but I will yield the floor to others who have thoughts on sovereignty.<#semi#br />#semi#<#semi#br />#semi#Much love,<#semi#br />#semi#<#semi#br />#semi#Dr. Ayn-Shabazz: Ba El, <#semi#br />#semi#Clan Mother ‘Yellow Duckling’ <#semi#br />#semi#Ba El Blackfoot Nation of Washitaw de Dugdahmoundyah<#semi#br />#semi#

Greetings,<#semi#br />#semi#Sovereignty is the quality or authority of being independent and in charge of the conditions you live under.<#semi#br />#semi#Specifically the word used here is about legally and practically arranging your affairs in such a way that you ARE in charge of your life, that you are prepared for challenges to your freedom, and that you don'#semi#t unwittingly sign yourself and your family away in virtual slavery.<#semi#br />#semi#Note that sovereignty carries with it responsibility. That is, if you take your life in your own hands you also take upon yourself to act responsibly and with integrity in regards to your own life, your family, your community, your fellow human beings and the planet as a whole.<#semi#br />#semi#Its about finding out more about youself#semi# how you have been limiting your options, how you have created your current situation for yourself. Along the way you will find out a lot more about life and about how you can be in charge of your own. And you will find that you already have a lot of positive resources available to you.<#semi#br />#semi#The only pre-requisite for starting a true journey of sovereignty is that you are willing to learn. If you realize that there is something there to learn, then you can learn it. If you realize that there are things you have not yet understood about yourself and about life, then you can understand them. What you will learn might be unexpected and surprising, but that is the nature of sovereignty.<#semi#br />#semi# Be suspicious when someone would tell you that they know all the answers and that there is only one fixed way of achieving sovereignty. What you need is YOUR way, the answers that are needed are YOUR answers, and your path will become clear only as you are discovering it.<#semi#br />#semi#Thank you<#semi#br />#semi#Family of EL<#semi#br />#semi#

Kamou Gbende Bey,<#semi#br />#semi#I totally agree with all three comments. May I add for myself sovereignty is for the first time in this life, I will not just be mentally, physically and spiritualy free, but legally free from other governments so my dollars and efforts will go towards building our empire again. <#semi#br />#semi#Much Love, Peace and Prosperity to the Family <#semi#br />#semi#ISLAM<#semi#br />#semi#Kamou Gbende Bey

Peace,<#semi#br />#semi#Please explain to me how a matriarch nation is governed. How is it unique from patriarch rule? When does the matriarch begin? Are we going to be in unison with our surnames or keep our forced names? Are we adopting some of the other Native Americans ways?<#semi#br />#semi#Bliss

Becoming the Sovereign Citizen you were born to be, which is the master over the legal system rather than the servant you are now as a statutory citizen. (Note the Capitalization of the letter C) You were born a Sovereign but it only lasted a few hours or maybe a day at the most before you were illegally brought into the system by contract known as a birth certificate. That certificate made you a servant to the world we know.<#semi#br />#semi#<#semi#br />#semi#The solution is to return to your God given Unalienable rights by rejecting and canceling the contracts. <#semi#br />#semi#<#semi#br />#semi#Then create a better world for indigenous people.

Challenging the present corporations commercial laws is very unwise if you have not set up the proper jurisdiction and natural resources wherewith to properly navigate in commerce, WITHOUT being subjects of the federal corporation!
